Andrea made our whole home buying process such a pleasant experience. She went above and beyond arranging everything for us and making sure we were on track all along the way. She made sure that we fully understood the contract and helped us ammendment them when needed.. We had many hang ups with our loan officer, and Andrea was an AMAZING point of contact that helped us stay on track despite the banks inability to communicate and stick to the schedule/contract dates. Andrea cares deeply about her clients and always has your back. She is trustworthy and honest and will put in the time whether you are purchasing a $100k home or a $800k home. We very much appreciated having someone who is extremely knowledgeable about homebuying in Alaska on our team since it is not a super straightforward process when compared to homebuying in the lower 48! We highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a property in Alaska!

Just wanted to comment on what a wonderful job Andrea Roehl did in helping us find a new place to live and walking us through the whole process. Great communication and hard working.
Now for the seller's agent (Lew Ulmer) who is also a Jack White representative. Terrible! Not Trust worthy! Said he would have things done by a certain day and then make excuses when it wasn't. Said something was done and then when asked for proof..."oh I thought that had gotten done." The only way this sale got done was because Andrea made arrangements to get things done that Lew said he would arrange and didn't follow through. Lew gets no stars.
